Unfortunately the Isle of Wight went to tier 4 on Boxing day which nobody knew was going to happen until 23rd of December , we heard about it on the news and within about an hour we had a lady come round to our room with information telling us that the company would rebook our ferries for us and that we would get breakfast boxing day morning plus a packed lunch so we didn't have to worry about anything and obviously we were credited for the night that we weren't able to stay along with the money for the pre ordered wine that we were unable to use.
