Ive been to Sushi Palace over 10 times, the freshness and the consistance in the food they put on the table is always there. The best all you can eat sushi buffet. It may not be the best sushi, as I've heard some say - but it certianly not the worst! I love the buffet!

BTW: the bento box is a great (and lower cost) alternative to the all you can eat sushi. My husband already had a feeling that the server was not in the mood when he gave him the list but he discounted that gesture and wrote his order.
