I am a huge fan of TOM, recommending to friends and family that they "check it out". I have always had a good experience shopping on TOM and the products and prices are great, the one thing that I would say is the most troublesome is the shipping times, I wish they would be able to ship things out a little more efficiently.The one complaint I have had is with one of my last orders of a tactical belt, the order was supposed to arrive on a certain date and it did not even ship by that date and I had to write customer service to get an answer as to why it had not shipped out instead of just receiving an update from TOM as to what was going on.All in all I like the site and the products but they really need to cut down in shipping times, I have restrained myself from buying a few things that I would have otherwise bought due to the slow shipping times. I purchased infapower security torch 2.0.

They purposely make it so hard to actually submit a return request that they think people will just give up and not try to return. It basically looks like a police baton but with a flashlight at the end of the thicker part of the baton.I purchased this about two years ago. I really enjoy checking out some of the technology that goes through there.
