CREAMY CORN CAKE

Ingredients

1 can of sweet corn, undrained
1/2 can of Andorinha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 can of sugar
1/2 can of cornmeal
4 eggs
2 unleveled tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of grated coconut
1 1/2 unleveled teaspoon of baking powder

METHOD

Beat all the ingredients in a blender, then add the grated coconut and baking powder and mix.
Put it in the oven.
You can pour it in a round fluted cake pan or in a square pan. The pan must be greased and floured.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 ºC for about 40 minutes.
Serve once it is ready.
Suggestion:
Spray Andorinha Olive Oil to grease the pan.
