We didn't mind too much because the food was so great.

Also like your flights.Charlotte. The food is always excellent, wine very good and service very good. We were paying our tab when the hostess came in the bar to take us to our table. The food was phenomenal as always but the service was pretty bad, the waiter was very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

However, what was most impressive was the fact one of the people in my party was wearing black pants and the host who sat us down at the table provided her with a black napkin.

This restaurant is great! A great place for a date night out. Spent 3 hours the next day getting a replacement key. Live piano music really enhanced the ambiance, food was great, and service was fairly attentive. Despite the near closing time, the staff and the food were excellent! We will always return to Seasons 52. I met a friend for dinner - we decided to share several dishes - our waiter brought everything for us and had the gluten free portion separated without us asking for it.

We all enjoyed our meals and our server was friendly, attentive and efficient.

The only reason I didnt give the place 5 stars is because they charge u for dessert when it is someones birthday. I forgot that I ordered the scallops the prior time that we were at seasons 52. Food was awesome both time including the service. All in all a pretty good experience. We rank these hotels, restaurants, and attractions by balancing reviews from our members with how close they are to this location. I won't place complete blame on the restaurant for this because we probably should have done more research. We enjoyed our meal, but not so much that we would have waited 2 hours to be seated, so definitely make reservations (at least on Saturday night).

Since it was Father's Day, we were comfortable bringing our 3 yr. old grandson. The ambience/decor was wonderful, with the noise level just enough. First, let me say Seasons 52 and the staff were great! Great experience! The server was a dream.

If I had remembered that the scallops were not good, I would not have ordered them a second time. The dessert was so yummy that I couldn’t believe I finished it so quickly! Great place, great staff, great food, great atmosphere!
