If Tesco’s online business is so big it should invest in better datacentres and infrastructure to ensure it keeps running. Have telephoned CS – advised this is a common problem at the moment; you can book a different slot and telephone and ask an advisor to change it!! Cannot access website.

The actual shop itself took ages as the page kept saying ‘something went wrong ‘ everytime i added an item. New website is so slow with all browsers and I’m on fibre broadband. The customer service come out with the old Chestnut, change your browser. Crashed at checkout, second time in a week. Maybe to get us all buying more things than were on our shopping list? I have tried sending a DM to Tescos and also leaving post on their web page – I am in the Hertford area, Kicked me out mid grocery order (click and collect) won’t let me back in to complete, Tried to continue to payment to secure my slot but keeps saying oops something went wrong, I have exactly the same problem tried on different platforms – Safari, Google, Google Chrome etc all I am getting now is the broken eggs screen. The may not be able to see it, but denying user problems exist is very poor SQA practice.

Yep, I am getting errors checking out today “something went wrong, please check your details, blah blah blah” It is no wonder the share price is where it is. These types of outages are unacceptable for such a large company making massive profits. Fails check out on IPad Mini v1 Safari.
