Gorgeous pictures, easy to identify facial expressions and simple, descriptive wording that makes it easy for young ones to understand how to identify a feeling. These are feelings that were ideal for reading this book initially but I will have to return this book because I am disappointed. The aim is to help children to articulate how they feel and to talk about emotions without being made to feel at fault for how they feel. I have been reading some things lately about how to handle such situations and a lot of sources say that helping them learn the words to express themselves can reduce their frustration.
