The spicy salmon sashimi was doused in way too much hot sauce so I might not get that one again and I wasn't impressed with their tuna toro nigiri compared to other ones I have tried but everything else was super yummy! Seriously tasty, good quality sushi. Well the chef at Umai clearly has pride in his work! ?2) the daikon that typically is served with sashimi (and sometimes sushi) was terrible - I swear it was previously frozen,...it had zero flavor3) the lobster roll (one of their "special rolls" that had lobster and crab) barely had lobster in it,...but that really was not the problem, just thought I'd mention it,...here's the kicker: even though they said there was crab in it, it was all imitation crab.
