First Dr. Link, a man whose interest in gambling becomes very useful. I like cats.I liked this movie when I was little (I'm in my 30s) and I still like this movie.By today's standards the special effects aren't that good but in a sense that makes the movie more real because it's not obvious computer animation.If you like cats you'll like this movie.The scene that is the most memorable to me is where the cat uses his collar to control a game of pool.Close to the end of the movie has a worn out biplane chasing after a helicopter.Hardly ever have an aviation chase scene in a movie,so that was something different.It's my understanding that one of the main characters in this movie is played by a man that played one of the chimp scinentists in the orgininal Planet Of The Apes,that helps Taylor escape at the end of that movie.I haven't checked on that though.If you remember the Dukes Of Hazzard tv show,I think the man that played Boss Hog is in the last five minuets of The Cat From Outer Space.Dvd&dvd case arrived undamaged,no problems with the footage.
