The Mill boasts the latest technology to ensure maximum oil quality and environmental sustainability. This has rendered some important certifications: ISO 14000 and ISO 22000.

Anyone can visit these facilities, accompanied by a guide who explains the entire oil production process, from the reception of the olives to the olive grove systems, where you can get a sense of the extent of our olive grove. Visitors are also taken to the Marmelo Dam, an integrated infrastructure of the project. Each visit is finished off with a tasting session where visitors can distinguish the main differences between the oils.
Monday to Friday, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Booking is required. Visits are free.
