STUFFED GREEN OLIVES

Ingredients
- Andorinha Olive Oil (enough to fry)
- 12 Andorinha Green Olives
- 40 g goat cheese
- Batter
- 20 g chili jam
METHOD
Wash the Andorinha Green Olives and dry well.
Using your own hands, stuff the Andorinha Green Olives with goat cheese, then dip them in batter.
In a pan, pour some Andorinha Olive Oil and fry the olives until golden.
Place on paper towels and serve with chili jam.
