Ingredients

Havana Club 3 Rum,
Honey syrup,
Lime juice,
Black pepper and wild arugula,
Andorinha Vintage Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, add 13 drops of Andorinha Vintage Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 60 ml rum, 30 ml honey syrup, 30 ml lime juice, a pinch of black pepper, a handful of arugula and ice.
Mix it all up, strain through a sieve and serve.
