100 g / 1/2 cup sugar

300 g / 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Andorinha Vintage Olive Oil and all-purpose flour for greasing and sprinkling


Preheat the oven to 180 °C (medium temperature). Grease three large baking dishes with Vintage Andorinha Olive Oil and sprinkle with flour.
Mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth dough.
Roll the dough to make 3-cm thick strips. With a knife, cut into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Transfer the biscuits to the baking dishes. Leave a space between them so they do not stick together when baking.
Lightly knead each biscuit with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
