Ingredients
1 whole cauliflower
Chopped garlic clove, salt and black pepper
Andorinha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parsley
METHOD
Grate the cauliflower until it crumbles.
Sauté a chopped garlic clove in the oil, add the cauliflower with 50 ml of water and wait for the water to dry in the pan.
It takes about 5 minutes to cook.
Then, add the seasonings you like, stir well and serve.
