HUMMUS (CHICKPEA DIP)

Ingredients

500 g cooked chickpeas
chickpeas cooking water
2 tablespoons of tahini (sesame paste)
Juice of 1 large lime
2 medium garlic cloves
5 tablespoons of Andorinha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt

METHOD

1- In the blender, add the chickpeas and gradually add the water, and beat until you get a homogeneous paste.
2- Add the other ingredients beating one at a time.
3- Serve with pitta bread or toast.
