Ingredients
- 100 ml Andorinha Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 50 g basil leaves
- 25 g cashew nuts
- 25 g halloumi cheese
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt
METHOD
Process all ingredients in a blender to make a smooth sauce. Adjust the salt and reserve.
Store in small air-tight jars.
