OVEN-ROASTED SALTED CODFISH WITH BREAD CRUST

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of Andorinha Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 slabs of desalted codfish
- 3 units of sliced and toasted rolls
- 3 garlic cloves
- Parsley
- Salt and black pepper
METHOD
Except for the cod, put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until you get a paste.
Rub cod slabs with this paste and grease a roasting pan with Andorinha Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil to roast for 20 minutes.
You can use peppers to decorate.
