CHOCOLATE AND PEPPER TRUFFLE

Ingredients

300 g milk chocolate
200 g semi-dark chocolate
Table cream, whey drained out
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of brandy
Drops of Organic Olive Oil (not too much)
(if you prefer, add a little pepper sauce)
Melted chocolate to coat the truffles
Cocoa powder to sprinkle

METHOD

Melt the two types of chocolate in a double boiler. Add the remaining ingredients directly to the pan. Give it a good stir. Leave the mixture in the fridge for three hours. Once chilled, roll the batter into balls. Coat them in chocolate and place them on baking paper.

Sprinkle them with cocoa powder.
