Ingredients
- 60 ml of Andorinha Olive Oil
- 150 g dry tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of fresh basil
- 50 g walnuts
- 50 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
METHOD
In a blender or processor, add the tomatoes and half of the Andorinha Olive Oil and beat to make a paste.
Add the basil, walnuts, cheese and the remaining Andorinha Olive Oil and beat until smooth.
Add the salt and mix well.
Move to a container and cover with plastic wrap.
