BRAZILIAN STYLE VEGETARIAN SALAD

Ingredients

½ cup ANDORINHA ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
½ sliced cabbage
2 grated carrots
4 sliced celery sticks
1 cup white raisins
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
Parsley, chopped
Salt
Black pepper

METHOD

In a bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, celery and raisins. Season with ANDORINHA ORGANIC OLIVE OIL, lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Add mayonnaise, mustard and parsley to taste.
Mix well and serve.
You can sprinkle some chips on top if you like!
